Itay Epshtain participated in the Hague Academy of International Law Winter Courses, focusing on international law (both public and private) over a period of 3 weeks in the winter of 2022.
The General Course, delivered by Nico J. SCHRIJVER, State Councillor at the Netherlands Council of State and Emeritus Professor at Leiden University focused on War, Peace, and Global Justice and The Paramount Role of
International Law.
Specialized Courses included Powers in International Arbitration between Party Autonomy, Arbitral Authority and State Sovereignty; the Statute of the International Court of Justice; and Forfeiture of Rights in International Law.
